<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">The Asset Management division within the Controller’s Office has instituted a slight procedural change related to capital equipment trade-ins. Effective immediately, all Accountability Release Forms for capital
items that are being disposed of by way of a trade-in will no longer be submitted to the PAS-PropertyForms mailbox. Instead, the completed Accountability Release Forms must now be attached to the purchasing requisition that they are being used in conjunction
with. Please note that the requisition for the new item involving the trade-in of capital equipment will not be approved by the Asset Management team until the respective AR form is attached to the requisition.
