<p class="MsoNormal">This week’s Wellness Wednesday event will feature a fun and interactive Moving Meditation session courtesy of Theresa Revell, Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. This is not traditional meditation
but it provides many of the same benefits. Using music and easy movement, you’ll learn how to ease anxiety, relieve tension, and clear your mind! No experience needed. The workshop will be from
