Program on Environmental, Energy, and Land Use Law</span></a><span class="e2ma-style"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#333333"> managed to thrive in 2020-21.
</span></span><span class="e2ma-style"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Thanks to the hard work of all team members, our program was officially recognized by the State University System Board of Governors as an SUS Center for Environmental, Energy,
and Land Use Law, facilitating future partnerships and funding opportunities. We proudly graduated 12 Environmental J.D. Certificate and LL.M. students, placed 24 students in environmental externships, credited 11 pro bono environmental service projects, and
hosted 12 guest lecturers and panel participants through our environmental enrichment series. We also maintained our standing as one of the top ranked environmental law programs in the United States, placing 7th among programs at public universities in U.S.
News and World Report’s assessment, and tying for 18<sup>th</sup> among all programs nationwide. As we eagerly prepare for our return to in-person learning this Fall, we send heartfelt wishes to all for a restful and healthy summer!<span style="color:#1F497D"><o:p></o:p></span></span></span></p>
