<p class="MsoNormal">The Florida Bar – Environmental, Land Use Law Section is hosting a FREE virtual program entitled, “<b>Water Quality Enhancement Facilities: The Latest Tool to Improve Water Quality</b>” today,
<b>November 17th from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm via Zoom</b>. The lecture will be presented by Susan Roeder Martin, Ansley Tilley, and moderated by Adrienne Vining. This program is designed to educate attorneys about the latest tool to enhance Florida’s water quality
under Section 373.4134, Florida Statutes, which went into effect on July 1, 2022, which provides for water quality enhancement areas (WQEA) utilizing innovative green technologies to enhance water quality.<o:p></o:p></p>
