<p class="xmsoplaintext"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Please be advised that at 8:30 am on Tuesday morning, January 9, 2024, Orr Protection will be executing a test of the emergency power-off (EPO) bypass switch that was recently installed, to prevent possibility
of recurrence of the power-off issue we experienced on October 10, 2021.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="xmsoplaintext"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="xmsoplaintext"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We have scheduled this additional test to provide us all with assurance that the remediation was successful, before resuming data center fire suppression system inspections.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="xmsoplaintext"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="xmsoplaintext"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Since we are testing a new switch that prevents execution of a power-off condition, we are very comfortable with executing this extremely low-risk test before the next fire suppression system inspection,
and even more confident about its success.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="xmsoplaintext"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">After completion of the EPO bypass switch test, we will provide you all with a date and time of the next semi-annual inspection of the data center's fire suppression system.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
