If any ISL Affiliates have a ready-made poster <span style="color: black;">focusing on topics such as brain health and well-being, there is a last-minute opportunity for submission to present at The Eden Alternative International Conference being held in Atlanta
March 9-12. Submissions are <b><u>due by midnight on Monday (2/16)</u></b>. I was just made aware of a decision to extend this deadline and thought I would share it with you, though I know it’s a quick turnaround.</span></p>

<span style="color: black;">The Eden Alternative, founded by geriatrician Bill Thomas, MD, exists to reframe aging and care, with a particular goal to eliminate loneliness, helplessness, and boredom. Their mission is “to improve the well-being of Elders and
their care partners by transforming the communities in which they live and work.” This is the first time that conference organizers are inviting academic poster submissions with a goal to showcase those who are challenging the current eldercare system by focusing
