<p class="MsoNormal">In order to maintain Faculty Affiliation with ISL, please Update your CV on FEAS and then enter the data into the attached spreadsheet. Please note that you might not have to fill out all the columns depending on your work, just fill out

<p class="MsoNormal">Additionally, be sure to update information on your students! This includes any Peer-Reviewed Publications/Chapter/Guides completed with your students.

<p class="MsoNormal">I have attached two documents; one is the Excel spreadsheet you will be inputting your information into and sending back to me, and the second is the actual report that we have to submit. You do not need this Word document but I have attached
it for reference so you all know why we request this information. Please send your completed Excel spreadsheets back to me by
