<p class="MsoNormal">We have made our ISL Volunteer Participant Registry much easier to access now. You can download the contacts into a spreadsheet to make it easier to send out mass emails when contacting volunteers for your studies.

<p class="MsoNormal">This newly implemented system of downloading contacts is wonderful, but it’s not perfect, and for that reason we want to be sure everyone safeguards personal information when sending out mass emails to the volunteers.
<span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">Please be sure that email is sent by blind copy,</span>
<span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">Bcc</span>, not To, in the email header. That will prevent recipients from seeing the names of others given that volunteer names are confidential, or from receiving mass replies. We are working on getting
a “warning” message added to the Excel spreadsheet. <o:p></o:p></p>
