updated guidance for Federal contractors and subcontractors</a><span class="MsoHyperlink"><span style="color:black;text-decoration:none"> (Guidance).
</span></span>The updated Guidance states that employees working on covered contract and contract-like instruments (which include cooperative agreements) under the requirements of Executive Order (EO) 14042,

Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors</a>, </i>will now need to have their final vaccination dose by
<b>January 4, 2022</b>, so that they are fully vaccinated by <b>January 18, 2022.</b> After that date, all covered employees must be fully vaccinated by the first day of the period of performance on a newly awarded covered contract, and by the first day of
the period of performance on a newly awarded cooperative agreement, or on a funding amendment to an existing cooperative agreement. The updated Guidance can be found at:
