<p class="MsoNormal">Lauchlin is certified by the Florida Bar in Elder Law and designated a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">As co-founder and former chair of the Public Policy Task Force of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, she works with legislative and regulatory issues affecting seniors and persons
with disabilities. Lauchlin received Member of the Year in 1999 and 2005 for the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar and for AFELA in 2001 and 2005. She is also active in numerous national, state and community organizations related to the elderly and individuals
with disabilities.<o:p></o:p></p>
