Information, the Department of Sociology and the Department of Computer Science, for receiving an R01 award from the National Institute on Aging for their project: <i>The Adherence Promotion with Person-centered Technology (APPT) Project: Promoting Adherence
to Enhance the Early Detection and Treatment of Cognitive Decline</i>.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black">The aims of the project are to promote early detection and treatment of age-related cognitive decline and dementia.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black">This project will develop Artificial Intelligence-based reminder systems to help ensure long-term engagement to home-based cognitive assessment and cognitive
training protocols to be able to detect and treat cognitive decline as soon as possible.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
