Florida voters </span>approved incremental <span style="color:black">increases to the state’s minimum wage, which</span> concluded at
<span style="color:black">$15.00 an hour in September 2026. <o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-ligatures:none">All OPS employees making less than $15.00 per hour have been systematically increased in OMNI HR. Employee actions effective September 30, 2026, or later must be appointed
