The program is designed to help participants develop a personal leadership vision, identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and apply their learning in real-world situations. Participants will attend and engage in multiple activities as part of
the training, including attending five in-person training days, reviewing content outside of the training classes, participating in small-group activities via Zoom, and implementing a self-identified project during the program based on the knowledge gained.
