<b>Disability Employment Awareness Month</b>, the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Office (EDI) in Human Resources, invites you to a panel discussion on
<b>Mental Health in the Workplace</b>. Mental illnesses/disorders are designated as disabilities under the
<a href="https://www.dol.gov/general/topic/disability/ada"><span style="color:#0563C1">Americans with Disabilities Act</span></a><span style="color:#606060">
</span>(ADA). An estimated 50% of all Americans have been diagnosed with a mental illness or disorder at some point in their lifetime. In the United States, adults are reporting considerably elevated adverse mental health conditions related to COVID-19 (<a href="https://www.cdc.gov/mentalhealth/index.htm"><span style="color:#0563C1">CDC</span></a>),

<u><span style="color:windowtext">Dr. Yvonne Langdon-Maduekwe</span></u><span style="color:windowtext">: Dr. Langdon-Maduekwe is a licensed psychologist in the state of Florida and currently serves as an Assistant Director and the Director of Outreach at the
Florida State University Counseling Center. Dr. Langdon-Maduekwe received her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Howard University in 2010 and has a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion work.</span><b><o:p></o:p></b></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:maroon;margin-bottom:10.0pt;line-height:115%;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2">
