Tropical Storm Elsa has formed in the Caribbean Sea/Southwest Atlantic Ocean and is heading towards Florida. We have completed checks at the Sliger Data Center, and are prepared for this event. We will be carefully monitoring the storm's progress over the holiday

 weekend, and provide you with another update if the storm appears to be heading our way.</div>
