<div>This is a reminder that the power to the Sliger Datacenter will be shut-off over the upcoming holiday weekend.</div>

<div>In preparation for the power outage, the RCC will begin a system shutdown at

<b>8am</b> this <b>Thursday, May 27</b>. This means all RCC services will be offline from Thursday through late afternoon

<b>Tuesday, June 1</b> including the HPC, GPFS Storage, and Archival Storage.</div>

<div>We are asking for your patience, since we cannot guarantee a specific time that the systems will be operational. The contractor expects power and cooling to be restored mid-day on Tuesday, which will require our swift action to bring up everything else.<br>

<div>We will report on the operational status of all RCC systems late afternoon on June 1st. We will also publish a notification if anything unexpected arises, as well as when everything is functional.</div>
