<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">I am pleased to announce the third annual Panhandle Academic Libraries Conference (PALC). Over one year into the COVID19 pandemic, we have learned a lot about our libraries, our teams, our services,
and how our community needs us to provide seamless and continuous services. We’ve gone through tremendous changes and are facing more headwinds in the months and years ahead. We also see a desire by staff in academic libraries to learn from each other and
to share their experiences. This is where the PALC conference comes in. We have specifically designed our conference for academic libraries in our region to facilitate these important connections amongst colleagues from different institutions. We will be offering
the conference once again in an online only format and completely free of charge to all of our participants.

<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">This year’s conference will take place on July 16, 2021. We expect that this daylong event will bring together at least 150 academic library professionals to learn from and with each other. During
our 2020 conference, with the theme of <i>Focus on Libraries: 2020 Vision, </i>we had over 200 registered participants.</span><u></u><u></u></p>
