<div>I couldn't figure out how to add this but our department was told that two things make re-funding or restoring funding for this cannot happen because of two Florid legislative rules: a veto cannot be rescinded, and once vetoed a budget line cannot be paid
by funds rerouted from another budget item.<br>

Now. I tried to look this up with a really shallow search and couldn't find anything about these rules.<br>
<br>
That said, I think we can frame our letter with the idea to restore funding immediately using an alternative line of funding or to make emergency legislation or exceptions to allow this decision to be reconsidered. Does that make sense? Like even if there's
just a line about that in the beginning or the end. Kind of like the thing we're asking for.<br>
