<p class="xmsonormal"><span style="color:#212121">As you know, we moved to a virtual Leadership Council meeting this year, in anticipation of upcoming changes to Midwinter meeting. This breakfast on Saturday morning was an informal chance to meet and greet,
network, and gather member leaders together. We had a relatively full room (about 50 people) for 7 am on Saturday morning! for proposals</a> has already been issued. There are a couple of new additions to the call for participation, including a limit on participation and an equity statement. I would ask you to please share this information widely so we can maximize participation.

<p class="xmsonormal"><span style="color:#212121">The ACRL budget for FY21 was on the ACRL board agenda to review. As we are legally and financially a part of ALA, the Budget and Finance Committee as well as the Board also pays attention to ALA's finances.
