<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Ideally, we should have non-ACRL memberships run annually based on sign-up date, like ALA does. But WA seems to have assigned a number of people a May expiration date, regardless of when they joined. And many
people join for the year in September or October, because they’re going to the FACRL annual meeting.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I was able to fix the logo problem – the other problem is trickier. On the admin side of the site it says 38 people have lapsed memberships. So far each of you that has reported the message is on that list but
with a “renewal due” date of “never”. Other lapsed memberships have a renewal date that has passed so I think that’s the issue. I can go through and change the status to active and add an expiration date but I don’t know what date to use for each person.
