[Fla-facrlboard] Fwd: Funding Letter of Support

Hi All,

We had initially decided to have this letter sent out by me (and board
members if they feel comfortable) but I wanted to get everyone's thoughts
on also sending this out to the FACRL membership? Letting them know we are
sending it out and giving them the option to share it as well if they would
like?
