I just realized I had not yet sent you the sponsorship letter for the panhandle academic libraries conference.  My apologies.  Please see below and let me know if you have any comments/questions.

We are pleased to announce the inaugural Panhandle Academic Libraries Conference. This conference is the first conference specifically organized for academic libraries in our region. We are pleased to have PLAN (Panhandle Library Access Network) as our organizational partner. The conference will take place on July 12, 2019 at the FLVC offices in Tallahassee. This daylong event will bring together between 60 - 80 academic library professionals to learn form and network with each other. Our theme of Making Connections, Building Bridges will guide us on this first conference, and will set us on a path to make this conference an annual event.

- We will not have exhibition tables or a dedicated exhibit hall at this conference. We encourage all vendor representatives to join the conference and engage with our colleagues. You’re welcome to attend the talks, make connections, join us for meals and coffee breaks, and participate in all networking opportunities.
- As a new conference we are open to exploring sponsorship opportunities and categories not mentioned above. Please let us know if you would like to have a conversation.
- We are looking to put together a goody bag for all participants. If your organizations has any merchandise or marketing materials you are interested in contributing please let us know, and we will consider your contributions.
