The purpose of this survey is to discover how academic librarians define successful retention efforts. The researchers also hope to ascertain and disseminate best practices in retaining academic librarians. Your input will help us further develop a definition of library retention that can be used across all libraries that will reflect both academic librarian and administrator perspectives. </span></p>
