 year.  We are recommending this change in order to give our committee more time to plan and prepare for the annual FACRL conference.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>

 6, and 12 so all Board terms are located in the same Article (5).  This creates a transition period for some of our essential offices on the Board of Directors and also cleans up the bylaws to consolidate matters into one article (5).

 to track and document the processes and instructions necessary for the running of the chapter.  We need to have a living document to track all the processes and procedures involved with running FACRL rather than relying on the institutional memory of Board
