are a supportive and welcoming learning environment for all users and potential users. In addition, the Director also represents the Libraries in campus DEI initiatives, building strong connections with related campus representatives and offices and engaging
in cooperative efforts to enhance diversity efforts. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
