of South Florida, where she’s led transformative initiatives including the PASS program, Academic Peer Mentoring, and on-site academic care. A former FCLCA Secretary and Conference Planning Chair, Zoraya is a dedicated advocate for student success and professional
development. Her leadership continues to elevate FCLCA and empower students and staff across the state.</span></p>

where she also coordinates the Writing Studio. With a strong foundation in administration, communication, and technology, Ann brings precision and creativity to her work. Her enthusiasm for collaboration and member engagement will be a tremendous asset in
her role as Membership Secretary.</span></p>
