and per campus to make it easier for students </span><a href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__http://libraryguides.mdc.edu/BbLTutoring__;!!PhOWcWs!leUAdnCHzLsglopnJ-N0uHMCvAAK4CGur3tKkkf8tTBHCmKA-EmWkucP8a-uH_MR9A$">http://libraryguides.mdc.edu/BbLTutoring</a> Link appears by default on Bb courses that are now being created for online migration. Collaborate really
gives us a flexible tool to work with. A virtual room is set for Math that will be monitored by lab managers. As students come in, the manager will pair them with tutors in breakout rooms. Each virtual room in Collaborate allows up to 21 breakout sessions
to run simultaneously. Each room has features to allow for chat, sharing of screens, whiteboard, uploading papers, and students can call tutors if they don’t have mics.<o:p></o:p></p>

Hi everyone, as with the other state universities, we are going to fully online instruction. We have a plan to put all of our tutoring online. However, our Provost just shared that we are allowed to provide very limited in person tutoring and advising as there
will still be some students on campus. Are any of your institutions going to be providing any in person services during this time? If so, what are the things you are doing and at what level are you providing that support? Stay healthy everyone.<br>
