The Academic Services Administrator works closely with the Assistant Director of the Academic Support Center's SMART Lab and is responsible for the administration of daily operations. The position aids in the recruitment, credentialing, and hiring of Graduate
Assistant and undergraduate tutors each semester and provides supervision, training, mentoring, and evaluation of these employees. The Academic Services Administrator also develops, revises, and facilitates content area curriculum for tutors in courses supported
by the SMART Lab, including College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Business Calculus and Finite Math. The position is also responsible for administering academic policies, advising faculty, staff, and students on policy matters, and oversees instructional
technologies supporting all SMART Lab programs.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
