From tluke at fsu.edu Fri Sep 2 10:09:57 2022 From: tluke at fsu.edu (Trevor Luke) Date: Fri, 2 Sep 2022 14:09:57 +0000 Subject: [Discipuli] Mensa Latina!!! Message-ID: Salvete, omnes! Mensa Latina is starting up again! Instructors have registered their students to the Canvas org site (nudge, nudge), and we are looking for volunteers to tutor Latin students. Please let me know ASAP if you would like to volunteer, so I can start drawing up the schedule. The times of prime need are 10 am to noon M-Th, 1-5 pm M-Th, and 8 am-5 pm Friday. I call these times of prime need because they do not overlap (as much) with our sections of Beginning Latin. Naturally, if you are available at another time, your help is still desired. Remember to pick up the Mensa Latina placard from the box on my door before you do your session and return it to the box after you are done. What are the requirements to tutor? Ideally, you are someone who has successfully passed the entire Beginning Latin sequence or at least have equivalent knowledge and experience. Valete, TL Dr. Trevor S.
