<a href="https://fsu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9MHmh9lHlRibbU1">HERE</a>. Yes, everyone will need to complete this again as we are now in the 2021-2022 school year. Completing this will ensure that we have the correct information for representatives and funding
board members on the COGS website.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l2 level1 lfo3"><b>Review the Financial Manual/Enroll in the Canvas, & Pass the Exam</b>: Please review the new & updated financial manual
<a href="https://sga.fsu.edu/financial/sga_financial_manual_21_22.pdf">here</a>, complete the Canvas course, &
<u>PASS</u> the financial exam by <b>August 23<sup>rd</sup> </b><a href="https://canvas.fsu.edu/enroll/TE6RCG">HERE</a>. If you have already done this for the new fiscal year please disregard this step. <o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l2 level1 lfo3">Funding Boards please remember to complete the re-recognition process through Student Orgs and Involvement. The outline for this process can be found on Nole Central &
<a href="https://union.fsu.edu/sac/involvement/get-recognition">here</a>. Additionally, it may be helpful to follow-up with your RSOs about completing this process to ensure they can receive funding for this school year.

<p class="MsoNormal">Representatives, this is a reminder that we will be having a Hybrid Meeting this

<b><u>completed</u> </b>and <b><u>passed</u></b> the financial certification exam (make sure you

by <b>August 23<sup>rd</sup>, 2021 at 5PM</b>, then you cannot vote on any of the bills or resolutions at this upcoming meeting</span>.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo4">If you choose to attend the meeting in person at HCB 103,
<b><u>it is expected that you wear a mask inside of HCB 103</u></b>. <i>(Effective Aug. 9, 2021, the Florida Board of Governors and Florida State University expect masks to be worn by all individuals in all FSU facilities. This includes all students, faculty,
