<p style="margin:0in;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">The College of Education Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is looking for students to join our efforts. The DEI Committee is one of the strategic initiatives for the College and
our mission is to help “create an empathetic and respectful community where diversity, equity, and inclusion drive critical conversations that culminate in the transformation of individuals, organizations, and educational systems for social justice.” <span> </span></p>

<p style="margin:0in;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">The committee is currently planning several programs and initiatives focused on social justice, equity, and inclusion for the College. Some of our new projects include a Brown Bag series
focused on Culturally Responsiveness, a Climate Assessment of the COE, and a Diversity Data Dashboard. We’d like to include your student voice in our work and encourage you to submit your application for consideration to join us. <span> </span></p>
