After talking with Michelle Douglas from Human Resources about anonymous feedback, I have decided to get rid of our anonymous feedback qualtrics form. Instead, you should email me directly if you have anonymous feedback. FERPA rules mean that if you say that
you want to remain anonymous, I am legally bound to keep you anonymous. (Even a Sunshine Laws request for emails would have to redact your name and email address!) </div>

A last note: If you are ever worried about retaliation from a complaint, understand that FSU has very strict rules to protect you from retaliation. Of course, everyone realizes that real life is more complicated than that. The key thing to remember is that
you can always choose to remain anonymous, which is a sure-fire way of avoiding having to deal with the risk of retaliation.</div>
