Key ideas are they are a photographer and sound art/installation duo from Baltimore Maryland, working on themes of familial trauma, nuclear power. Together they created Afterimage Requiem based on their shared family connection: Ito’s Grandfather survived the
Hiroshima bombings in Japan and Keiper’s grandfather helped develop the bomb as an employee of the Manhattan Project.<o:p class=""></o:p></div>
