The only instructor roles able to set grade rosters to the <b>Approved </b>status are those with the
<b>Approve </b>grade-access type. If you believe you should have <b>Approve </b>access but do not see that as an option in the
<b>Approval Status</b> drop-down box on your grade roster, please check with your academic unit's scheduler who can change it as required.</li></ul>
