<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#242424;border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in;background:white">Madison graduated from Florida State University (FSU) in the Summer of 2021 with a dual degree in Art History
and Studio Art with Honors. During her studies at FSU, she held internships at the Galleria Degli Uffizi, FSU’s MoFA, 621 Gallery, and the Norton Museum of Art. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#242424;border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in"> </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#242424;border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in;background:white">As of this past August, Madison has completed her Masters in Art & Museum Studies from Georgetown University.
While living in DC, she has held positions as the Social Media Manager for the Smithsonian Center of Folklife and Cultural Heritage and interned with the National Women’s History Museum. She is currently serving as the Marketing Specialist for the Smithsonian
National Portrait Gallery. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in">During her time in the B.A. program, Ashton discovered her love of museums and arts management through her participation in FSU's theatre management courses and the
museum studies minor. With this new career perspective, Ashton continued her studies by attending the Art & Museum Studies M.A. program at Georgetown University where she gained specialized training in museum education, collections management, curation, and
exposure to auction-housing and international art law. Having completed her M.A., Ashton went on to work for the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum, working in archival and collections management capacities. Now Ashton
is happy to report that she has been appointed to a senior leadership position at the Sangre de Cristo Arts & Conference Center in Pueblo, Colorado as the Director of Education and Programs. She reports that many of the skills and experiences that she gained
through FSU's courses, programs, events, and internships prepared her for her future successes. She would like to thank the faculty, staff, and community for providing her with such a positive and life-changing experience, and for continuing to be a supportive
community who welcomes alumni involvement post-graduation. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
